P4 Construction Enterprises Inc. is a family-owned and operated business founded by Michael and Angela Pennington.

“What started as just a small welding business quickly turned into something so much more. We are proud to say we have built a business strong enough to lead, humble enough to listen, skilled enough to deliver, and grounded enough to give back. P4 is built on good people, hard work, and strong values.”

For Michael and Angela, P4 is about more than construction. It’s about family, community, and creating something they can be proud of.

When they’re not building the business, you’ll likely find Michael and Angela in the stands, cheering on their daughter, McKenzie, at her volleyball games. Family comes first — both at home and at P4.
